4.       What has been done:

-          Contacted NEL, no response yet (Iz to followup)

-          Contacted Ee Shaun & Ardi for research/contacts

Meeting with Supervisor

The following was held on the 8th of October 2009 with our Supervisor Wong Wai Leng,

Discussion:

- Default timing and day for meeting; every Thursday for half an hour
- Next meeting scheduled on the following Thursday of the abovementioned date; 15th October, 5pm, in the library

- Things to be updated during the weekly meetings;
a. What individuals have each done in the last week
b. What each of the team member will be working on in the next week
c. What obstacles are in the team’s way and how we plan to overcome them
- Updating of weblog regularly and send the link to supervisor

- What we have updated so far;
a. on murals, i.e. findings on cave paintings, renaissance, street art, Egyptian murals, colours.

- The content of documentary (structure, what areas to cover, which local mural artists to feature, specific angle of the docu) as we agreed that our earlier direction was too general in nature

- Change of plan; not creating a mural due to time constraints

Parts of discussion

a. possible artists to feature: Ee Shaun, Joanne’s friend, mural at Simei MRT
b. approaching facilitators for contacts e.g. Ardi, Ee Shaun, Lydia
c. viewing documentaries, e.g. those on art, for understanding of treatment and style

a. project schedule (with more time allocated for post-production)
b. roles and responsibilities of each team member

d. requirements for post-production (vista lab, macbook pro, etc)
